Junior Regan Bolotin admits to going to the beach almost every day; whether it’s to do homework, go for a swim or meet up with friends. Regan’s beachfront house not only overlooks Noroton Yacht Club Harbor but Pear Tree Point Beach is only 20 steps across the street. Regan got to enjoy her summer at one of New England’s most beautiful beaches: an eight-mile expanse located at the mouth of the Goodwives River.
Her bright, sun-lit room sports a lavender purple wall color filled with pictures from her childhood and paintings from her friends. Not only does she have plenty of space for a queen-size bed and sizeable desk but she also has a tiny, secluded study room all to herself. Check out Regan’s awesome crib right now; you don’t want to miss it.
