If you are looking for a fun-loving dog eager for a home, Westport Animal Control has the pet for you. Ben is a neutered male Staffordshire mix who is about two-years-old.

Ben had been neglected from birth by his previous owner and poorly mistreated, but is happy and eager to start over again.

Ben loves humans and is right now the overall favorite at Westport Animal Control. He is always up for a walk and makes sure to let the volunteers know he is happy for any attention that comes his way. He truly is man's best friend just waiting to find the companion just for him.

Ben is great on a leash and loves car rides making him the perfect dog for any Darien family.
